Frequently Asked Questions

How does it work and how do we get the work to you?

You send me the work you need completing in the most convenient way for your business, i.e. email, fax, post, etc. The work is then completed to meet your set criteria and timescale and returned to you in via your preferred route. Where the opportunity exists, I prefer to send the work to you for approval prior to final presentation. I recommend that any hard copy is sent by a traceable method of delivery.

Can we meet to discuss my requirements?

The majority of work undertaken by Essandelle is completed without ever needing to meet the client face-to-face. There are occasions, for example in organising large conferences/events, when there is significant benefit in having face-to-face discussions to establish a clear understanding of your requirements and to develop our working partnership. If you feel this is necessary please just ask when you contact me. For safety and insurance reasons personal visits to my premises cannot be permitted.

We need the work completed urgently, can you meet the deadline?

I will never knowingly undertake work which cannot be completed within the required timescales.

Would you undertake work that required you to work in the evening or at weekends to meet our deadline?

Yes, I would be happy to do that but the rate charged for the work would reflect the work being completed in addition to normal hours.

Do you offer a collection and/or delivery service?

Free collection and delivery are offered within a 10 mile radius of the office location. Beyond that distance charges will be relative to the distance and time involved. Alternatively, I can arrange for postage or a courier service to collect from or deliver to your business location.

Do we need to provide you with any equipment?

No. The office is fully equipped with modern technology - all you need to do is send the work.

Do we need to supply you with any stationery?

That depends on your requirements. If you wish me to print documents on your own printed letterhead or invoice stationery, then you will need to supply this. In all other circumstances you will not need to supply stationery as the office is fully stocked.
